Meet Siobhan a calming holistic therapist, with a passion for finding a natural balance in body and mind. After years of receiving reflexology and seeing the huge benefits to her own health and wellbeing, she changed her career as a compassionate and caring social care worker and began her journey in training in holistic healing.
Training as a clinical reflexologist in 2019 opened opportunities to use her gentle touch and calming energy to support clients through physical and emotional healing through the most natural way. To add to her holistic treatments, Siobhan also offers Reiki energy healing and Indian Head Massage. Siobhan believes Reiki can create a healthy environment within body and mind, the blend of reflexology and reiki can be relaxing, resetting and a sense of renewal.
With a particular interest in wellbeing, women’s health including peri/menopause and RLD - Reflexology Lymph Drainage, this reflexology technique focuses on stimulating the lymphatics through the reflexes on the feet and hands, causing effects on the lymphatic system through the body. Siobhan uses her skills and further training to assist these emotional and physical health conditions through holistic care.
